Clinical Neurofeedback Certification (Level 2)
Overview
This course is a continuation training from Level 1 Fundamentals of Neurofeedback. The aim is to equip participants with:

Advanced knowledge and more elaborate practical skills to work on complex cases

Knowledge on determining protocols

Knowledge on relevant assessment methods

Knowledge of good clinical practices
It consists of 3 parts:
Part 1: Theory
Part 2: Class practice
Part 3: Clinical Internship
Upon completion and fulfillment of all course requirements, participants will be awarded with SBCIA Clinical Neurofeedback Certification.
Prerequisite

Completed Fundamentals of Neurofeedback (Level 1)

Minimum qualifications of Bachelor’s degree in related field

Part 1: Theory
1. Basic principles of Neurofeedback Instrumentation
2. Basic principles of digital signal processing
3. Types of Neurofeedback
4. EEG Band Dynamics
5. How to determine protocols (with case examples)
6. Neuro-anatomy
7. qEEG
8. Functional Neuro-anatomy
9. Good Clinical practice - Assessments and Reviews
10. Neurofeedback Training Strategies
Part 2: Class Practice

Advance practical skills
Part 3: Clinical Internship

Participants will be required to conduct minimum 35 hours of training sessions independently or opt for 35 hours of internship placement at any neurofeedback center of choice approved by SBCIA.

Thereafter, they would need to submit two case write-ups.

There will also be supervision discussion sessions with trainer.
